ARTISTS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2025-2026

All applicants will receive email confirmation of your completed application being received.
Artists to provide:
- A letter of interest in PDF format (300 words), this should include full contact details (physical
address, email and contact number) - A resume and short bio, in PDF format, to include applicant’s URL if applicable
- Examples of previous work, up to 5 images, sized and labelled appropriately (please submit
images as either individual PDF’s or combine all materials into a single PDF) - Provide project details of your year’s work
- Include plans to show work – exhibitions, book or studio show
Closing deadline: 18 July 2025, We will inform you if application has been successful by 30 July 2025.
The jury reviewing the applications are:
- Jonathan Froud has a distinguished exhibiting history, including pieces shown at Tate Britain and The Serpentine gallery, and a one man show at The Walker gallery in Liverpool. Among his awards are The Henry Moore Foundation, Royal College of Art major travel scholarship, British Council Travel Award the Sculpture prize at the Royal Academy Summer Show.
- *Louise Burston * is a painter based in West Wales, UK, with a BA (first class hons), and MA in Fine Art. She taught contextual studies for ten years at Swansea College of Art and Design. Louise exhibits regularly and has shown work at Discerning Eye at the Mall Galleries, Townhouse London, the Royal Academy Summer Show.
- Christopher Baker BA Hons Fine Art, has exhibited at Pallant House, Chichester, Petworth House the Royal Academy as well as internationally. He has won awards and scholarships from the Royal Academy and Major Awards from Canadian and British Arts Council is founder of The School of Landscape Painting. . He recently made research trips to Antarctica and Arctic.Circle.Org and was the artist in the acclaimed film Archipelago.
